Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Servings: 2 servings(6 -10 medium-sized tortillas)

Ingredients:
2 Teaspoons dried Aosa seaweed flakes(4 Grams of dried Aosa seaweed flakes)
1 cup wholewheat flour(130g)
1/2 Teaspoon salt
80ml warm water
3 Tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Add the salt to warm water.
2. Pour the flour, oil, warm salt water and Aosa seaweed flakes into a large bowl and mix well using a fork until a crumbly dough forms.

3. Transfer the dough onto a well floured surface and knead for a few minutes until the dough becomes smooth and cover it with a clean dishcloth to rest for around 15 minutes to make them easier to roll out without cracking and tearing later.

4. Divide the dough into 6 even sized pieces and use a rolling pin to roll out each piece into thin and round tortillas of your liking. We prepared them to make tacos with for each to be around 10cm but you can also make them 20cm tortillas too. Each tortilla, however, should be thin enough to cook evenly without being doughy in the center and also be pliable with a good balance of chewiness and tenderness upon heating them on a skillet.
5. Preheat a heavy-bottomed skillet on medium-high heat and once the skillet is hot cook each tortilla cooking each side for a minute or two flipping them over as soon as some brown spots begin to appear or as the tortillas begin to bubble a bit.

6. Enjoy!
