In the event that an item is unavailable but paid for at the time of ordering, a refund will be made back to the original account from which payment was originally made.

Should you receive goods damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and our friendly customer care team will be happy to assist. Please leave the goods in the damaged packaging as they were delivered and send photos if you can. This will assist with any claims.
